What is Multi Bonus Opt In?
Multi Bonus Opt-In allows customers to participate in multiple promotions at the same time. Opting into a new promotion will not remove you from any promotions you have already joined.
Each promotion is tracked separately. If qualifying requirements overlap, the order in which they are applied is determined by the time you opted into each promotion.
When your qualifying may be paused
If you’re opted into two active promotions that both require a qualifying stake, and both promotions are using the same eligible game for qualifying, you must complete the qualifying stake for the promotion you joined first before stakes can count toward the second promotion.
Example:
Promotion 1: Stake £/€10 on the Big Bass range of games and get 25 free spins on the same games
Promotion 2: Stake £/€10 on Big Bass Bonanza and get 25 free spins on the same game
If you opt into both promotions and start staking on Big Bass Bonanza as part of Promotion 1, staking will only count toward Promotion 1. It will not count toward Promotion 2.
To qualify for Promotion 2, you’ll need to first complete the qualifying staking criteria for Promotion 1, after this, staking on Big Bass Bonanza will count towards qualifying for Promotion 2.
When your bonus may be paused
If you qualify for two separate promotions that both offer bonus funds as the rewards on the same eligible game, you will receive the reward from the first promotion you qualified for first. This will happen even if the wagering requirements are different for the different bonus fund rewards.
Any additional bonus funds reward will be temporarily paused until the first bonus funds reward has been completed or used. Once the first reward is completed, the paused reward will become available for you to use.
Example:
Promotion 1: Stake £/€10 on Big Bass Bonanza and get £/€10 in Bonus Funds (with x10 wagering) to use on the same game
Promotion 2: Stake £/€20 on the Big Bass range of games and get £/€20 Bonus Funds (with x20 wagering) to use on the same range of games
f you opt into both promotions and complete the qualifying staking criteria on Big Bass Bonanza as part of Promotion 1, followed by completing the qualifying staking criteria on another game on the Big Bass range as part of Promotion 2, you will receive the £/€10 in bonus funds first.
Once you complete the bonus funds, you will then be able to use the £/€20 bonus funds.
