To turn on or off the reminder to top up your balance, please follow the below instructions:
- Go to My Account
- Go to Settings
- Go to Preferences
- Select the toggle beside Quick Deposit Reminder
- When the Toggle is green, you will receive a reminder when your balance is below £/€5
- When the Toggle is black, you will not be reminded of a balance less than £/€5.
