If your recent withdrawal request is appearing on your BOYLE Sports account as Cancelled, there are several reasons for this:
- BOYLE Sports have attempted to process your withdrawal request however it has failed to successfully process to your Payment Method. So we have attempted to process the withdrawal again.
- The value of your withdrawal request exceeds our Payment Provider Thresholds, so we have cancelled the withdrawal and reprocessed the request in smaller increments.
- The requested Payment Method is non-refundable and we have reprocessed the withdrawal to an alternative Payment Method such as a Bank Transfer.
