What happens once I have submitted my Documents?

Once you have submitted your documents for verification, the process involves the following steps:

  • Your Document submission is reviewed by the BOYLE Sports Verification Team. 

     

  • Once verification is complete, you will be notified of the outcome:

     

    • Approved – Your account status will be updated.
    • Requires Additional Actions
    • Rejected

 

  • If additional actions are needed, you will be guided on the next steps:
    • Re-Upload Documents
    • Upload Alternative Documents
    • Provide Additional Documents
