What Documents can I provide for Verification?

For Age Verification, we accept the following documents which must be in date, show your name and your date of birth:

  • National Driving Licence
  • Passport
  • Government Issued Identity Card

For Address Verification, we accept the following documents which must be dated in the last 3 months:

  • Utility Bill
  • Bank Statement
  • Government issued Letters or Certificates

For Payment Verification, we may require the following documents:

  • Front and Back of your registered card (middle 8 digits on the front and CV2 on the back redacted).
  • Bank Statement linked to your payment method, dated in the last 3 months with Banking Details (BIC/IBAN), your name and address and date of issue clearly visible.
