If your registered details are incorrect or have been updated, BOYLE Sports may require the following Documents to update your name and/or address:

Name Update:

• Provide Age Verification
• Provide Marriage Certificate
• Provide Deed Pole Document

Address Update:

• Provide Proof of Address
