Gaming disconnections
We at BoyleSports strive to provide the best possible gaming experience for our customers. Due to the nature of internet communications, however there will sometimes be connection issues when playing games. We recommend wherever possible using Google Chrome browser or Safari to access our Gaming products.
Slots, Scratchcards and Slingo
If you do experience a disconnection, we recommend that you:
- Step 1: Close all browser tabs.
- Step 2: Clear your cache and cookies.
- Step 3: Log back into the BoyleSports site.
- Step 4: Reload the game.
For most of our games, you will then be able to complete the game round. Please note that there are time limits for reconnecting to some of our games, and these are clearly explained in the help files of the specific games.
If you are unable to complete your game round after completing troubleshooting, please take a screenshot of what you see when you try to open the game and contact us. We will investigate for you and resolve the issue.
We do have some slots, for example in the Vegas Slots section, that work a little differently and will simply calculate any winnings due from your spin and credit your account accordingly. You’ll be able to see this in your history. Please rest assured that a disconnection will not affect the outcome of a spin.
Table Games (Blackjack, Casino Hold’em etc)
If you do experience a disconnection, we recommend that you:
- Step 1: Close all browser tabs.
- Step 2: Clear your cache and cookies.
- Step 3: Log back into the BoyleSports site.
- Step 4: Reload the game.
You will then be able to complete your game round.
Live Dealer
The basic general rule for these is that if there is an action for you to take, you will be taken to the computerised (RNG) mode to complete the game round. For example, in Blackjack if you are yet to choose your action you would complete the game in RNG mode. For games like Roulette and Sic Bo the game round will complete whether you are present or not.
Bingo
If you lose connection from a Bingo game, the game will continue to play, and your card will be stamped as normal. You will be able to view the outcome in your history once you return to the Bingo lobby.
