We may request these documents as your withdrawal has failed to process to your Registered Payment Method or you are attempting to withdraw to a non-refundable Payment Method.
To help ensure this process is as seamless as possible we may request the following documentation from you:
- Bank Statement linked to your payment method, dated in the last 3 months with Banking Details (BIC/IBAN), your name and address and date of issue clearly visible.
- Front and Back of your registered card (middle 8 digits on the front and CV2 on the back redacted). This helps to prevent unauthorised third-party activity.
