If you are unable to make a withdrawal it could be down to a number of reasons.
If your account is yet to be verified, you will be unable to make a withdrawal. If this is the case, you will need to send us documents in order to satisfy our KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Once completed, we will process your withdrawal as soon as possible.
If your payment details have become out of date or your payment method has expired, this will also affect your ability to withdraw. You can review and update your payment details via the "My Account" section of the website.
